Hanzi owns and operates several sheet pile presses capable of installing a full range of "Z" and "U" shaped sheet piles. Hanzi has over 20 years of experience installing and extracting sheet piles for a variety of permanent and temporary projects. It has been operating in the most environmentally sensitive locations with virtually no noise or vibration.

Our sheet pile method is developed around a "pitch and drive" process, where each successive sheet pile is installed to the designed pile toe level. This allows the pile press to effectively "walk" along the pile head using an automated movement system. This feature eliminates the need for a crane gantry to move the pile press along the production line, meaning the pile press system can be effectively used in locations requiring sheet piles above or below earthworks, or even over water.
