After steel sheet piles arrive at the site, they should be inspected for quality and specifications, and then classified and numbered. The vertical surface of the steel sheet pile should be straight. A single steel sheet pile approximately 1.5-2.0 meters long and with a standard interlocking joint is acceptable for inspection. Any interlocking joint that fails to meet the requirements must be corrected before use. Corrected steel sheet piles must meet the following requirements:

4. The pile end surface should be flat, with a tilt of less than 3mm;

5. The back of the steel sheet pile and the inside of the interlocking joint should be smooth and unobstructed.
