If interlocking cold-formed steel sheet piles (MSZ15-312 or MSZ15-340) are not large enough to be marked with the word "hole" or "cover" to warn of the hazard using MSZ15-350 waterproof sealant, they should be marked with high-visibility paint for identification. If the cover needs to be removed, a supervisor should be posted at the opening until the cover is replaced. The supervisor should warn anyone entering the hazard area and prevent them from being exposed to the MSZ15-375 hazard, but may not perform other duties.

Medium lightweight retaining wall cross-sectional area. Wire ropes used for scaffolding suspension should be capable of supporting six times the expected MSZ15-350 load. Braced or single-slope scaffolding is prohibited. All retaining wall joints should be welded to prevent leakage. Silo fill should be placed in loose layers up to 8 inches thick and compacted to 95% of the standard Procter & Gamble density of MSZ15-340. Narrow-gauge scaffolding (30 inches wide) should not be constructed with a working platform exceeding 4 feet (approximately 1.2 meters) unless equipped with outriggers. Saturation compaction is not permitted.

Mega Zee 15 sheet piles should be used in MSZ15-375 and MSZ15-406 thicknesses and should have a maximum loose layer density of 90% of the standard Procter & Gamble density. Scaffolding should be installed with supports of appropriate length to ensure verticality and stability. All listed MSZ15-312 lightweight sheet piles are manufactured in the USA. All lightweight sheet piles can be cut to length to suit your needs.
