What are SCZ and SKZ Steel Sheet Piles?

SKZ sheet piles have a larger cross-sectional modulus (W = 600-3200 cm³/m) and are suitable for small and medium-sized projects with low soil (or water) pressure, especially for temporary projects. Depending on the geological conditions, vibratory hammers of appropriate power are typically used for construction. With the continuous advancement of smelting technology since 2002, the width of a single SCZ sheet pile has reached 750mm, speeding up construction.

Skyline steel sheet piles offer the following advantages:

1. This product is wider than conventional hot-rolled steel sheet piles, reducing the time required for hoisting and sinking.

2. The increased width reduces the number of interlocks per linear meter of wall, directly improving the wall's water-stopping performance and reducing construction costs.

3. The increased height and high-grade use of steel sheet piles ensure excellent static performance and reduce the weight per linear meter of wall.

4. Uniform profile thickness ensures excellent sinking stiffness.
