Since the late 1980s, Nippon Steel Sheet Piles has been designing and producing cold-rolled/formed steel sheet piles and is now a leading manufacturer of these products, supplying them worldwide. The development of rolled angle steel has enabled the creation of a new generation of load-bearing piles. Nippon Steel Sheet Piles are widely used in a variety of construction projects, including port construction, river channel regulation, retaining walls, and cofferdams.
The Group has production facilities in Malaysia, China, and the UAE. Production is fast and product quality is guaranteed. By interlocking multiple steel sheet piles with an equal number of Omega bars, a closed tubular structure is formed, which can be driven into the ground sequentially. The NL-1N, NL-2N, and NL-2U steel sheet piles are highly regarded for their superior quality and efficiency.

Our services range from general advice on customer proposals to comprehensive engineering support and design, and include essential accessories such as painting, tie rods, and other items related to steel sheet pile construction. The prefabricated steel sheet pile unit construction method enables pollution-free and rapid construction in offshore civil engineering and waste disposal applications. Furthermore, at the end of the structure's life, the piles can be removed by reversing the installation process. Hanzi refers to this as a sheet pile solution, and offers products such as the NL-1N, NL-2N, NL-2U, NL-3, NL-3U, and NL-5N. These include the recently added wide-edge sheet piles and weldable sheet piles.
