Japanese steel sheet piles are also known as Larsen steel sheet piles. Several hot-rolled mills manufacture Japanese sheet piles, including SP, JFE, JFESP, FSP (Nippon Steel/Fuji), GSP (Corus), ISP (INISTEEL), JSP (Arbed), KSP (Kawasaki), NKSP (NKBS), SKSP (Sumitomo), NS-SP, and TSP (Tokyo Steel). Japanese sheet piles are the most widely used partition wall material and can be driven into foundations without extensive excavation. The original seabed consists of a medium-dense to very dense silt sand overlying a medium-dense to very dense silt gravel layer, with the sandstone band up to 8 meters thick. Japanese sheet piles can be driven into hard, dense soils, and even soft rock.
We offer a variety of steel grades in Z- and U-shaped sections in various sizes and weights, allowing us to select the most economical option to meet the specific requirements of any contract. Japanese sheet piles are suitable for structures requiring deep penetration, large water depths, and standalone or combined structures.
